I have worked in the Construction Sector for over 25 years. I was a Project Director at a leading London Architectural Practice for 5 years and I have owned and run STATUS A Ltd since 2017. We specialise in Design Management and Document Management, including the collation of O&M/H&S files for Tier 1 & 2 Contractors. I have a Dip/Arch, I am a qualified MAPM Project Manager, accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator and an accredited Retrofit Co-Ordinator.
Since 2020, we have worked on HRB & non HRB Fire Safety Recladding and PAS 2035 retrofit projects. I have always been acutely aware of the poor quality of building record information, but witnessing shocking latent defects within existing buildings has compelled me to bring about a much needed new approach to the way we keep and maintain our records. My core brief when developing the NBR.UK platform was its ease of use. The simple search means everything.
